The arts are vital to achieving a healthy, innovative, and vibrant community. Caju was invited by the Oakville Arts Council to help them evaluate their online platform and re-establish marketing objectives.


The first phase of the project was to investigate their current state of the website, do a SWOT analysis and generate a strategic plan. With the findings of the preliminary phase, we customized a strategy to make use of OAC resources to reach new prospects across digital and traditional media platforms. The marketing tactics were presented with recommendations on the implementation.


At the core of recommendations was the updating of OAC’s brand, including logo and marketing materials. This topic was consistently brought up in the survey and interviews. We created a new vibrant and fresh look that can become a game changer for the organization.
